What should be paid attention to when using large diameter rubber hoses

Large diameter rubber hose is in belong to our industrial hoses, Large diameter rubber hoses have many types,such as dredge rubber hose,marine hose ,marine oil rubber hose, floating rubber, oil hose, mud dredge hose, water suction hose, water delivery hose, water discharge hose, and so on.

We know that the variety of hoses is complex, their structure is diverse, and  conditions of use are different, so the service life of the hose is not only determined by the quality, but also determined by the correct use and maintenance. The same is true for the application of large diameter hoses. In order to use them correctly and achieve better application effects, the following points should be paid attention to when using them:

1. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the medium conveyed by the large-diameter hose hose and the hose assembly should not exceed -40℃-+120℃, or according to the hose’s designed temperature range.

2. Large-diameter hose assembly should not be used under the bending radius of the hose, to avoid bending or bending near the pipe joint, otherwise it will hinder the hydraulic transmission and conveying of materials or damage the hose assembly.

3. Large diameter hose and hose assembly should not be used in a twisted state.

4. Large diameter hose and hose assembly should be handled with care, should not be dragged on sharp and rough surfaces, and should not be bent and flattened.

5. Large-diameter hose assembly should be kept clean, and the inside should be rinsed clean (especially the acid pipe, spray pipe, and mortar pipe). Prevent foreign objects from entering the lumen, obstructing the delivery of fluid, and damaging the device.
