Product Range – Detailed Features of Each TypeWe offer four main series of irrigation filters, eachengineered for specific water sources, flowrates, andirrigation methods – all field- proven under toughagricultural conditions.1. An internal stainless-steel brush or suction scanner continuously removestrapped debris from the screen surface, while a flush valve discharges thecontaminants automatically – triggered by a timer or differential pressure–without interrupting the filtration cycle. Best for: Field sprinkler systems, orchard micro-spray, and open-water sourceswith moderate to high organic loads.

2. Disc (Lamella) Filters: A stack of grooved plastic discs creates numerousA stack of grooved plastic discs creates numerous tiny channels. Water flows through the gaps, and particles are trapped in the grooves. During backwashing, the discs loosen and spin, thoroughly flushing out the contaminants.Best for: Greenhouse vegetable drip irrigation, orchard precision drip, and other high-demand applications.

3. Centrifugal (Sand Separator) Filters:Inlet water enters tangentially, creating a vortex. Heavier sand and grit are thrown against the wall and settle into the collection chamber, while clean water spirals upward from the centre. No filter element – no clogging risk.
Best for: Yellow River irrigation areas, sandy riverbanks, and newly drilled high-turbidity wells.

A tank filled with quartz sand or other granular media.
Water passes downward through the bed; impurities are adsorbed and trapped. Backwashing reverses the flow to flush out the captured solids.
Best for: Mainline filtration in large irrigation districts, river intake systems, and recirculating water projects.

5. Well Specific Filter Assemblies (Combined Units):
Combination of “centrifugal + screen” or “centrifugal + disc” stages, mounted directly after the pump at the wellhead – tailored to well flow and sand content.
Best for: All deep-well and shallow-well irrigation, particularly in sandy soil regions.
