General construction for sandblasting hose (all can be customized according to customers’ requests):
Inner rubber layer:
Natural rubber, butadiene rubber and other compound rubbers are used as the main raw materials, and special reinforcing agents are added.
Reinforcement layer:
High-quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fiber cloth (cord) is used as the reinforcement layer, which has good flexibility and strong bearing capacity.
Outer rubber layer:
Natural rubber and composite rubber are used, which are wear-resistant, anti-oxidation, long service life.
Classification Note: This kind of rubber hoses which diameter below 51mm (contain 51mm), we usually call them sandblast rubber hoses. For diameter which above 51mm, we call them wear resistant rubber hoses.
