Filter Press Plates from Chinese Suppliers - Quality Factory Products in Sizes Ranging from 400mm to 2000mm
Shandong Hesper Rubber Plastic Co., Ltd. supply various sizes of filter press plates, size from 400mm to 2000mm, suitable for many kinds of filter press which filter area from 0.6m2 to 1000m2. Our filter press plates’ main material is reinforced polypropylene, that make filter plates have stable chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, odorless, light weight, high strength, and labor-saving operation, widely used in chemical industry, sewage, light industry, petroleum, manufacturing pharmaceutical, food, metallurgical coal, environmental protection and other fields.
Hesper’s filter press plates main have two kinds: (recessed) chamber plates and membrane plates (diaphragm squeeze).
Chamber Filter Press Plate
Chamber filter press plates are utilized in various of recessed chamber filter presses, and represent the most commonly used plate. The recessed chamber filter plate is a solid structure, the two sides of the filter plate are concave, and two adjacent filter plates are combined to form a filter chamber.
There are grooves on the surface of the filter plate, and the protruding part is used to support the filter cloth. The main advantage is less loss when feeding, fast filtration speed, high temperature and high pressure resistance, good sealing performance, uniform filter cake washing, low water content, high pressure in each filter chamber and not easy to damage the filter plate.
Membrane Filter Press Plate
In order to reduce the moisture content of the filter residue, we also have membrane filter plates for choice. A piece of membrane filter plate is composed of two diaphragms and a core plate, and the external medium (water or compressed air, etc.) enters the chamber between the core plate and the diaphragm to make the diaphragm bulge, the composed filter cavity is compressed to achieve better separation and increase the solid content.
Solid content can be squeezed twice after completion of filtration, this can improve solid content of the cake, can improve life-span and reduce energy consumption. They also improve washing effect, shorten washing time, save washing liquid and improve quality of products.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What sizes and filter areas do Hesper filter press plates support?
Shandong Hesper supplies filter press plates in sizes ranging from 400mm to 2000mm. These plates are suitable for various filter presses with filtration areas spanning from 0.6m² to 1000m².
What material is used for Hesper filter press plates, and what are its features?
The primary material is reinforced polypropylene. This material ensures stable chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic and odorless operation, lightweight handling, high strength, and labor-saving operation.
What are the main types of filter press plates offered by Hesper?
Hesper primarily offers two types of filter press plates: (recessed) chamber plates and membrane plates (also known as diaphragm squeeze plates).
What are the advantages of Chamber Filter Press Plates?
Chamber plates feature a solid structure with concave sides that form a filter chamber when paired. Their advantages include reduced material loss during feeding, fast filtration speeds, high temperature and pressure resistance, excellent sealing performance, uniform cake washing, low water content, and high chamber pressure tolerance.
How do Membrane Filter Plates work to lower cake moisture?
Membrane plates consist of two diaphragms and a core plate. By introducing an external medium (like water or compressed air) into the core chamber, the diaphragms bulge and compress the filter cavity. This secondary squeeze increases the cake's solid content, shortens washing times, saves washing liquid, and lowers overall energy consumption.
Which industries commonly use these filter press plates?
They are widely utilized in sectors such as the chemical industry, sewage treatment, light industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, metallurgical coal, and environmental protection fields.
