Our ceramic rubber hose use high-performance ceramic materials, such as alumina ceramics, used as the inner lining to provide high hardness and wear resistance. The outer layer is made of high-strength rubber or synthetic rubber. Meanwhile, we also add reinforcing materials such as polyester strong wire inter-layer or double-layer canvas to give the hose flexibility, corrosion resistance and good pressure resistance.

High wear resistance: The ceramic lining possesses extremely high hardness, resisting the erosion of high-speed fluids and solid particles. Its wear resistance is several times, even tens of times better than that of ordinary steel pipes.

Corrosion resistance: Both ceramic and rubber materials have excellent corrosion resistance, resisting the erosion of chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts, making them suitable for various harsh chemical environments.

Strong impact resistance: The flexibility of the outer rubber layer allows the hose to resist external impacts and vibrations, reducing the risk of breakage due to stress concentration.

High temperature resistance: Some wear-resistant ceramic hoses can operate stably in high-temperature environments; for example, some products can withstand temperatures up to 250℃, making them suitable for conveying high-temperature materials.

Low coefficient of friction: The smooth surface of the ceramic lining results in a low coefficient of friction, reducing fluid resistance in the pipeline and improving conveying efficiency.
