2. Another way is to enlarge the Apex(bottom flow port) of the cyclone. If the ore feed pressure is rough within the calibrated range, wecan replace a bigger Apex or made the apex larger than before to reduce this phenomenon.

3.If apex of the cyclone is clogged, it may also cause the overflow become larger. When the pressure of the cyclone is unstable, the equipment will vibrate violently, so this requires us to clean up in time.

4.When the ore feeding pressure of the cyclone is lower than the grit concentration within the specified range, the apex (bottom flow port) can be replaced with a smaller one to reduce this phenomenon.
