How to maintain Hesper sandblast rubber hose

Wear-resistant sandblasting hose is a wearing part of the sandblasting machine. In order not to affect the work, general users need to purchase more wear-resistant sandblasting hoses as spare parts. How to maintain to maximize the service life of abrasive sandblast rubber hose?

Maintenance of wear-resistant sandblast rubber hoses in using:

1. The sandblast machine should be placed away from sunlight, to prevent wear-resistant sandblasting rubber hoses and other accessories of the machine from being damaged by sunlight and accelerate the aging of the sandblast rubber hoses.

2. When the sandblasting machine is working, the pressure should not be too high. Excessive pressure of the sandblasting machine will not only affect the sandblasting quality, but also the sand flow rate will be faster if the pressure is too high, and the impact force of the wear-resistant sandblasting hose will also increased, which will accelerate the wear of the sand hose.

3. Hanging the wear-resistant sandblasting hoses as much as possible, avoid lying on the ground, so as not to be stepped on by passers-by.

4. Do a good job of repelling rats in the workshop, to prevent the wear-resistant sandblasting hoses from being damaged by rats.

Maintenance of spare wear-resistant blasting hoses:

1. In order to prevent the hose body from being compressed and deformed when sandblast rubber hoses are stored, hoses should not be stacked too high. Generally, the stacking height should not exceed 1.5m. It is also required that the hoses should be "stacked" frequently during the storage process, generally not less than once a quarter.

2. The warehouse where sand blasting rubber hoses and sand blasting machine accessories are stored should be kept clean and ventilated, and the relative temperature of wear-resistant sand blasting hoses should be lower than 80%. The temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -15 and +40℃, and the hose should avoid direct sunlight, rainy and snowy weather.

3. Sandblasting rubber hoses should be stored in a relaxed state as much as possible. Generally, sandblasting hoses which inner diameter of less than 76mm can be stored in rolls, but the inner diameter of the rolls should not be less than 15 times the inner diameter of the sandblasting hose.

4. During storage, sandblast hoses should not touch with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent or other corrosive liquids and gases, and the heat source should be 1 meter away.

5. During the storage of the sand blasting hose, it is forbidden to pile heavy objects on the pipe body of sand blasting hose to prevent external extrusion damage.

6. The storage period of the wear-resistant sandblasting hose is generally not more than two years, and it should be used first when it is put into the warehouse for the first time, so as to prevent the quality of the sandblasting hose from being affected by long storage time.
