China Suppliers Factory Flexible Rubber Air Hose - Durable, Abrasion Resistant, NBR Synthetic Rubber Hose
Rubber air hose, one of its usage is used as the connector between air compressor and other devices. It is widely used in underwater diving, diving dress and other types of surface supplied diving equipment. In the other hand, air hoses can also be used for air brakes between tractors and semi-trailers, used for conveying of air, inert gas and water in mining, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, steel production etc.
Rubber air hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality black and smooth synthetic rubber, mainly NBR, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oils. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high strength synthetic fiber, making the hose have solid structure. The cover is made from high quality black and smooth synthetic rubber, is resistant to fire, abrasion, corrosion, oils, weather, ozone and aging.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary applications of a rubber air hose?
Rubber air hoses are widely used to connect air compressors with other devices. They are common in underwater diving, diving dress, surface-supplied diving equipment, air brakes for tractors/semi-trailers, and conveying air, inert gas, and water in mining, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, and steel production.
What materials are used to construct the rubber air hose?
The hose consists of three parts: a tube made of black, smooth synthetic NBR rubber; a reinforcement layer made of multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic fiber; and a cover made of weather-resistant synthetic rubber or CPE.
What is the working temperature range of the hose?
The rubber air hose is designed to perform reliably in temperatures ranging from -30°C up to 150°C.
What are the working and burst pressure ratings?
The standard working pressure for all sizes is 2 MPa, with a safety burst pressure rating of 6 MPa.
Is the rubber air hose resistant to oils and abrasion?
Yes, the inner tube is specifically designed to be oil-resistant, and both the tube and cover offer excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and aging.
Can I customize the color and size of the air hose?
The standard color is black, but customized colors are available. Standard inner diameters range from 1/4" up to 2" to fit various industrial needs.
