Polyurethane screen panels is widely used in mining, coal and other engineering fields. When mining and extraction, using polyurethane sieve plates has many advantages. Good moisture resistance, can work under the condition of water as the medium, and also in the case of water, oil and other media, the friction coefficient between the polyurethane sieve plate and the screened material is reduced, which is more conducive to permeation, improve the screening efficiency, and can avoid moisture adhesion of particles. At the same time, due to the reduced friction coefficient, the wear is reduced and the service life increased.

7. Better vibration absorption performance. Strong muffling ability. PU vibration screen panels can reduce the noise and make the sieve material not easily broken during the vibration process.
